Refund Policy
At The Ultimate Customer Experience LLC, we strive for client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our time-based and service-oriented offerings, our refund policy is as follows:
Service Refunds

Non-refundable: Services already rendered or initiated are non-refundable.

Prepaid Packages: If a client cancels before services begin, a partial refund may be issued, minus any administrative or processing fees.

Disputes: If you are unsatisfied with a service, contact us within 7 days. We will work to resolve concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without attempting resolution through our support team may result in service termination.
